Our Assist Access/Maintain Employment services are designed to provide comprehensive support for individuals seeking to secure and retain meaningful employment.
Through this program, we take a holistic approach to address the unique challenges that can arise when entering or re-entering the workforce. Our team of dedicated specialists work closely with each client to assess their skills, interests, and any potential barriers they may face.
From there, we develop a personalised plan of action, which may include resume building, interview preparation, job search assistance, and even on-the-job coaching. Recognising that maintaining employment can be just as difficult as finding it, we also offer ongoing check-ins and counseling to help our clients navigate workplace dynamics, manage work-related stress, and develop strategies for professional growth and advancement.
